Freight rules

  • Purchase of 1 product: fixed shipping fee of USD 50.
  • Purchase of 2 or more products: free shipping.
  • Special regions, remote areas, island destinations, or locations with additional logistics costs may require supplemental freight charges, subject to customer service confirmation.

Shipping notes

  • After payment is completed, orders will be arranged for shipment in order sequence.
  • Actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, logistics carrier scheduling, or local policy requirements.
  • If extra costs arise because of an incorrect delivery address, incorrect contact details, package refusal, or failure to complete customs clearance, those costs are the buyer responsibility.
